Just received my package. Rock solid beads and dried herbs- cannot manipulate or move them, as the beads have arranged themselves in a hard unmovable clump. Not sure if there is a trick- open to suggestions.

How to use →
TO HEAT Microwave for 10 seconds or submerge in hot water. If needed, reheat in additional 5-second increments until desired temperature is achieved.
TO COOL Freeze for 1 hour or submerge in icy water.
Always test temperature before application. Do not use directly on the skin. Do not use for longer periods than 20 minutes at a time. Wait until the skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying.

I am yet to use the cooling gel pads for breast and undies postpartum, however knowing how amazing the throw away ice packs are for anyone having stitches postpartum and breast feeding - I know they will be such a relief. Ice packs really helped me soothe soreness with stitches after my first born and having gel pads to heat or cool for breast feeding will be great when milk comes in and boobs are bursting. The heat will help milk flow and avoid mastitis! Highly recommend these products for any new mum as a ready for recovery pack!

Great product really helped with my c section recovery
I had an emergency C section and I wore these frozen packs almost 24/7 for about 3 weeks following with the MammaBump undies. These were brilliant at numbing the pain. The OB was surprised by the lack of swelling and bruising, and she credited to having the wound iced a lot.
After my c section I needed heat and cold at different times so this nifty insert was a lifesaver. Plus, it smells incredible so feels like a treat when you need it most.
Perfect shape and I loved that it was still flexible when frozen so it would contour my body. And it smells INCREDIBLE (also super cute)!
It’s excellent for cooling you down below. It’s excellent for the environment as it’s reusable. Make sure you order it before your due date, I made the mistake of ordering it too late

I loved my briefs and the ice/heat pack! They were my little bits of joy after a c-section. They’ve made a huge difference to my pain and recovery - and I’m looking just like I did pre pregnancy! Which is so crazy - did not expect that. Compression and ice and heat helped a lot! ❤

I’m only 32 weeks pregnant so I haven’t had a chance to use this yet but the insert smells amazing! I’ve bought two so I can have one in the freezer at all times. I like that each insert comes inside a little zip lock pouch so I’ll be writing my name on the pouches and putting those in the freezer at my hospital.
Absolutely loved this and it smells amazing. Not too cold but just enough and lasts to give you relief.
Wouldn't have thought I'd have so many nice things to say about an ice pack! The shape and size of this is perfect for slipping in 'down there' after the joyous-yet-painful arrival of your little one! Highly recommend chucking one in your post-birth recovery bag! (Also perfectly sized if you happen to be dealing with haemorrhoids)!

Beautiful design and great quality. I give this only 4/5 stars because when worn with the MammaBump undies, the coolness can’t be felt through a thick maternity pad. I could feel the cold from the ice pack once the bleeding eased and I started to wear ultra thin pads/liners.
This is so helpful after birth!!! Can’t recommend enough. But make sure you only warm it in 5second increments for warm packs

This was a life saver after I gave birth vaginally to my son. I was able to put it inside my pad so that I could get relief from the pain of birth. It freezes quickly and is soft and comfortable as it molds to your body. Will be buying for all of my friends when they have babies!
Will not be able to live postpartum without! I wish I had found this product when I had my first baby!
