Why You'll Love it
Your postpartum recovery and early breastfeeding routine, in one bundle.
There's no perfect order to use these products. Your body will tell you what it needs first. Some mums reach for the peri bottle and therapy pack in the earliest days, then introduce the belly band when they feel ready to move more. Others find the silver nursing cups and milk collectors become daily essentials as breastfeeding settles in.
Use what you need, when you need it. Here's how the six products work together.
Your postpartum recovery routine
1. PERI BOTTLE TO CLEANSE
2. SOOTHING BRIEF to support
3. HOT & COLD THERAPY PACK TO RELIEVE
4. POSTPARTUM BELLY BAND TO HOLD
Four products built to support your body in the tender weeks after birth.
The peri bottle makes bathroom visits gentler from the very first day.
The soothing briefs are designed to live in, with a pocket that holds the Perineal Hot & Cold Therapy Pack exactly where cooling or warming relief is needed.
And when you're ready to move more, the belly band gives your abdomen and lower back the soft support it needs as your body begins to recover.
Your early breastfeeding routine
1. NURSING CUPS TO SOOTHE
2. MILK COLLECTORS TO CATCH LET-DOWN
Two products designed for the first weeks of feeding, when your body is adjusting and your baby is learning.
The silver nursing cups soothe sore, sensitive nipples between feeds with silver's natural antimicrobial properties.
The breast milk collectors quietly catch your natural letdown while you nurse on the other side, so nothing goes to waste.
Together, they turn the leaky, tender moments of early breastfeeding into something more comfortable and more intentional.
Good To know
Why is this bundle right for me?
The Complete Postpartum Recovery Bundle brings together everything you'll need in the first weeks after vaginal birth, from hospital bag to home.
Six thoughtfully chosen products support both your body's recovery and the early days of breastfeeding: a gentle belly band for abdominal support, two soft high-waisted Postpartum Soothing Briefs paired with the Perineal Hot & Cold Therapy Pack for cooling or warming relief, a Peri Bottle for gentle perineal cleansing, Silver Nursing Cups to soothe sensitive nipples between feeds, and Breast Milk Collectors to catch your natural letdown.
If you want one comprehensive bundle that covers recovery and early feeding without hunting for individual products, this is it.
What if I had a C-section or don't plan to breastfeed?
This bundle is designed for mums recovering from vaginal birth who plan to breastfeed.
If you had a C-section, our C-Section Recovery Bundle is built specifically for cesarean recovery, with medical-grade silicone scar strips and gentle abdominal support.
If you're not planning to breastfeed, the Postpartum Recovery Essentials Bundle gives you the same recovery support for your body without the breastfeeding tools.
Every postpartum journey is different, and we have a bundle shaped around each one.
When can I start using each product in the bundle?
The recovery products can be used from day one after birth.
Peri Bottle. From day one. Use it at every bathroom visit during those first weeks to gently cleanse your perineal area with warm or cool water, instead of wiping.
Postpartum Soothing Briefs. Designed to be worn from the very beginning, and most mums find them comforting as part of daily recovery for the first several weeks
Perineal Hot & Cold Therapy Pack. Slip it into the pocket of your briefs. Use it cool for gentle perineal relief, or warm to ease afterpains. Apply for up to 20 minutes at a time.
Postpartum Belly Band. From straight after birth. Unlike after a C-section, there's no need to wait with a vaginal delivery. Early use is especially helpful because your body still has elevated relaxin hormone levels, which supports alignment and recovery.
The breastfeeding products can also be used from your very first feed.
Silver Nursing Cups. Made to be worn between feeds throughout the early weeks of breastfeeding, whenever your nipples need soothing.
Breast Milk Collectors. Wear them during any feed or pumping session for as long as you're breastfeeding.
Every postpartum journey is different, so listen to your body's comfort and follow your healthcare provider's guidance when in doubt.
Can I wear the Belly Band and the Soothing Briefs at the same time?
Yes! Both products are must-haves for your postpartum recovery.
The belly band sits over the briefs and provides full abdominal and lower back support during the day, especially when you're moving, lifting, and carrying a newborn. The briefs sit underneath, gentle against your perineal area, with the therapy pack tucked into the pocket for targeted relief.
Together they create a complete support system that covers your midsection, lower back, and perineal area all at once. Many mums also wear the briefs alone at night for comfort while they rest.
Can I use this bundle if I've had a tear or stitches?
Yes. This bundle is actually designed with those experiences in mind.
The peri bottle is gentle enough to use from the very first day, even with stitches or tearing, and is often far more comfortable than wiping. The soothing briefs are soft and seamless, so they sit gently against sensitive areas without rubbing. The therapy pack can be used cool to calm swelling and tenderness in the perineal area. The belly band doesn't press on your perineal area at all, so it's comfortable to wear even in those very early days.
If you're unsure or you've had a more complex tear, always check with your midwife or healthcare provider about timing before starting anything new.
Will this help with soreness and discomfort after birth?
Yes. The bundle is designed for the tender, swollen moments of early recovery.
Use the Perineal Hot & Cold Therapy Pack cool for relief from the sensation of swelling, or warm to soothe tired muscles and afterpains.
The Postpartum Briefs hold the therapy pack exactly where you need it.
The Belly Band offers gentle support to your lower back and abdomen, and the Peri Bottle replaces wiping with comfortable rinsing, especially helpful when the perineal area feels sensitive
How long will I need these products?
Longer than you might expect, and that's a good thing.
The peri bottle is most useful in the first 2 to 4 weeks while bleeding and tenderness are at their peak, though many mums keep it around longer just in case. The soothing briefs and therapy pack tend to live in your daily routine for 4 to 8 weeks, sometimes longer. The belly band can be worn for at least 4 hours a day for the first 4 to 6 weeks, and many mums continue using it months later for back support and core reconnection.
Whether you're 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum, these products are still useful. It's never too late to start caring for your body.
What's the difference between this bundle and the Postpartum Recovery Essentials Bundle?

The Complete Postpartum Recovery Bundle gives you all four, and adds Silver Nursing Cups and Breast Milk Collectors for mums who plan to breastfeed. If you want one comprehensive bundle that covers both recovery and early breastfeeding from hospital bag to home, the Complete bundle is the right choice
