Everything You'll Reach For in Your Hospital Bag and the Weeks After.
Postpartum recovery, comfort, and early breastfeeding support in one thoughtfully curated bundle. Packing your hospital bag is one of the first moments you start to imagine life with your baby, and every choice you make feels meaningful. This bundle brings together the postpartum recovery essentials that support your body after birth with the early breastfeeding tools that make those first days at home more comfortable.
Instead of hunting for individual products or wondering what you'll actually use, this set gives you what many new mums reach for again and again. One bundle, ready for both hospital and home, so you can focus less on decision-making and more on holding your baby.
What's inside the bundle?
Six products brought together for your body's recovery and the early days of breastfeeding. Here's what's inside.
One Postpartum Belly Band
A soft and adjustable belly band that gently hugs your abdomen and lower back. This helps support your core and posture while you sit, stand, walk, or pick up your baby. It feels comforting without restricting movement, helping you feel more stable and confident as your body begins to recover.
Two Postpartum Soothing Briefs + One Perineal Hot & Cold Therapy Pack
Soft, seamless, high-waisted briefs made to live in during postpartum recovery. Gentle on your perineal area, supportive on your lower belly, and built with a front pocket designed to hold our Perineal Hot & Cold Therapy Pack, so relief sits exactly where your body needs it.
The therapy pack is reusable and infused with real chamomile and lavender. Use it cool for gentle perineal relief, or warm to ease afterpains and soothe tired muscles.
Two briefs so you always have a clean one ready while the other is in the wash, because those first weeks ask a lot of your laundry pile too.
One Peri Bottle
A soft, squeezable bottle with an angled nozzle designed for gentle perineal cleansing after bathroom visits during those first weeks after birth. Fill with warm water, squeeze, and rinse. Far more comfortable than wiping when your body is still tender. Easy to use one-handed, small enough to tuck into your hospital bag or keep beside the toilet, and refillable for as long as you need it. Because in those first weeks, the little things matter most.
Two Silver Nursing Cups + Two Breast Milk Collectors
A pair of silver nursing cups crafted from pure 999 silver, designed to sit gently between breastfeeding or pumping sessions. Silver's natural antimicrobial properties help soothe sore and sensitive nipples, and the cups create a soft protective layer between feeds. Safe to use from your very first day of breastfeeding.
Two breast milk collectors to catch your natural letdown while you nurse on the other side. Instead of losing milk to pads, each collector saves up to 1oz (30ml) of your liquid gold per side, milk you can store, use later, or simply not waste. Comfortable to wear for up to three hours and reusable for as long as you need them.
Together, they're a gentle, practical pair for the early breastfeeding weeks, when every drop of comfort and every drop of milk matters.
Find Your Best Size
Three products, three different sizing systems, one simple goal: a comfortable fit for your postpartum body. Here's how to choose the right size for each.
Postpartum Belly Band
Whether youâre currently pregnant or have already given birth, selecting the right size is simple. We recommend choosing your band based on your pre-pregnancy size. If youâre between two sizes, opt for the larger size for the best fit.
For a more tailored recommendation, try our size calculator to find your ideal Postpartum Belly Band size!
After two weeks of using our Belly Band, you may lose some weight, and your tummy's size will likely decrease. That's ok! Use the velcro straps to adjust the size and adjust the compression with the elastic straps on the back to get the perfect snug fit.
Postpartum Soothing Briefs
We recommend choosing your pre-pregnancy size for a comfortable, supportive fit. The briefs are designed to sit gently against tender skin, with a high-waisted cut that works through your postpartum recovery. If you're between two sizes, size up.
For a more tailored recommendation, use our size guide to find the perfect fit.
Silver Nursing Cups
Silver nursing cups are sized by breast cup size and areola diameter, not by standard body size.
Regular is recommended for breast cup sizes A to C, with an areola diameter of 45mm or less.
Large is recommended for breast cup sizes above C, or an areola diameter greater than 45mm.
If you're unsure about your areola diameter, our size guide includes a simple measurement reference.

Your postpartum recovery and early breastfeeding routine, in one bundle.
There's no perfect order to use these products. Your body will tell you what it needs first. Some mums reach for the peri bottle and therapy pack in the earliest days, then introduce the belly band when they feel ready to move more. Others find the silver nursing cups and milk collectors become daily essentials as breastfeeding settles in.
Use what you need, when you need it. Here's how the six products work together.
Your postpartum recovery routine
1. PERI BOTTLE TO CLEANSE
2. SOOTHING BRIEF to support
3. HOT & COLD THERAPY PACK TO RELIEVE
4. POSTPARTUM BELLY BAND TO HOLD
1. PERI BOTTLE TO CLEANSE
2. SOOTHING BRIEF to support
3. HOT & COLD THERAPY PACK TO RELIEVE
4. POSTPARTUM BELLY BAND TO HOLD
Four products built to support your body in the tender weeks after birth.
The peri bottle makes bathroom visits gentler from the very first day.
The soothing briefs are designed to live in, with a pocket that holds the Perineal Hot & Cold Therapy Pack exactly where cooling or warming relief is needed.
And when you're ready to move more, the belly band gives your abdomen and lower back the soft support it needs as your body begins to recover.
Your early breastfeeding routine
1. NURSING CUPS TO SOOTHE
2. MILK COLLECTORS TO CATCH LET-DOWN
1. NURSING CUPS TO SOOTHE
2. MILK COLLECTORS TO CATCH LET-DOWN
Two products designed for the first weeks of feeding, when your body is adjusting and your baby is learning.
The silver nursing cups soothe sore, sensitive nipples between feeds with silver's natural antimicrobial properties.
The breast milk collectors quietly catch your natural letdown while you nurse on the other side, so nothing goes to waste.
Together, they turn the leaky, tender moments of early breastfeeding into something more comfortable and more intentional.
Good To know
Why is this bundle right for me?
The Complete Postpartum Recovery Bundle brings together everything you'll need in the first weeks after vaginal birth, from hospital bag to home.
Six thoughtfully chosen products support both your body's recovery and the early days of breastfeeding: a gentle belly band for abdominal support, two soft high-waisted Postpartum Soothing Briefs paired with the Perineal Hot & Cold Therapy Pack for cooling or warming relief, a Peri Bottle for gentle perineal cleansing, Silver Nursing Cups to soothe sensitive nipples between feeds, and Breast Milk Collectors to catch your natural letdown.
If you want one comprehensive bundle that covers recovery and early feeding without hunting for individual products, this is it.
What if I had a C-section or don't plan to breastfeed?
This bundle is designed for mums recovering from vaginal birth who plan to breastfeed.
If you had a C-section, our C-Section Recovery Bundle is built specifically for cesarean recovery, with medical-grade silicone scar strips and gentle abdominal support.
If you're not planning to breastfeed, the Postpartum Recovery Essentials Bundle gives you the same recovery support for your body without the breastfeeding tools.
Every postpartum journey is different, and we have a bundle shaped around each one.
When can I start using each product in the bundle?
The recovery products can be used from day one after birth.
Peri Bottle. From day one. Use it at every bathroom visit during those first weeks to gently cleanse your perineal area with warm or cool water, instead of wiping.
Postpartum Soothing Briefs. Designed to be worn from the very beginning, and most mums find them comforting as part of daily recovery for the first several weeks
Perineal Hot & Cold Therapy Pack. Slip it into the pocket of your briefs. Use it cool for gentle perineal relief, or warm to ease afterpains. Apply for up to 20 minutes at a time.
Postpartum Belly Band. From straight after birth. Unlike after a C-section, there's no need to wait with a vaginal delivery. Early use is especially helpful because your body still has elevated relaxin hormone levels, which supports alignment and recovery.
The breastfeeding products can also be used from your very first feed.
Silver Nursing Cups. Made to be worn between feeds throughout the early weeks of breastfeeding, whenever your nipples need soothing.
Breast Milk Collectors. Wearthem during any feed or pumping session for as long as you're breastfeeding.
Every postpartum journey is different, so listen to your body's comfort and follow your healthcare provider's guidance when in doubt.
Can I wear the Belly Band and the Soothing Briefs at the same time?
Yes! Both products are must-haves for your postpartum recovery.Â
The belly band sits over the briefs and provides full abdominal and lower back support during the day, especially when you're moving, lifting, and carrying a newborn. The briefs sit underneath, gentle against your perineal area, with the therapy pack tucked into the pocket for targeted relief.
Together they create a complete support system that covers your midsection, lower back, and perineal area all at once. Many mums also wear the briefs alone at night for comfort while they rest.
Can I use this bundle if I've had a tear or stitches?
Yes. This bundle is actually designed with those experiences in mind.
The peri bottle is gentle enough to use from the very first day, even with stitches or tearing, and is often far more comfortable than wiping. The soothing briefs are soft and seamless, so they sit gently against sensitive areas without rubbing. The therapy pack can be used cool to calm swelling and tenderness in the perineal area. The belly band doesn't press on your perineal area at all, so it's comfortable to wear even in those very early days.
If you're unsure or you've had a more complex tear, always check with your midwife or healthcare provider about timing before starting anything new.
Will this help with soreness and discomfort after birth?
Yes. The bundle is designed for the tender, swollen moments of early recovery.
Use the Perineal Hot & Cold Therapy Pack cool for relief from the sensation of swelling, or warm to soothe tired muscles and afterpains.
The Postpartum Briefs hold the therapy pack exactly where you need it.
The Belly Band offers gentle support to your lower back and abdomen, and the Peri Bottle replaces wiping with comfortable rinsing, especially helpful when the perineal area feels sensitive
How long will I need these products?
Longer than you might expect, and that's a good thing.
The peri bottle is most useful in the first 2 to 4 weeks while bleeding and tenderness are at their peak, though many mums keep it around longer just in case. The soothing briefs and therapy pack tend to live in your daily routine for 4 to 8 weeks, sometimes longer. The belly band can be worn for at least 4 hours a day for the first 4 to 6 weeks, and many mums continue using it months later for back support and core reconnection.
Whether you're 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum, these products are still useful. It's never too late to start caring for your body.
What's the difference between this bundle and the Postpartum Recovery Essentials Bundle?
Both bundles are built for recovery after vaginal birth.
The Postpartum Recovery Essentials Bundle gives you the four core recovery products: the Peri Bottle, two Postpartum Soothing Briefs, the Perineal Hot & Cold Therapy Pack, and the Postpartum Belly Band.
The Complete Postpartum Recovery Bundle gives you all four, and adds Silver Nursing Cups and Breast Milk Collectors for mums who plan to breastfeed. If you want one comprehensive bundle that covers both recovery and early breastfeeding from hospital bag to home, the Complete bundle is the right choice
What are the products made from?
Each product is chosen for skin you'll want to be gentle with.
The Postpartum Belly Band is made with breathable bamboo fabric, hypoallergenic and adjustable as your body changes.

I honestly didnât realise how much support I would want after giving birth. The first few days were way more intense than I expected. I used the peri bottle just after giving birth because wiping just wasnât an option, and the briefs with the cooling pack were such a relief for swelling. Once we got home, I started wearing the belly band, and it really helped my back and made me feel more supported moving around. When breastfeeding started, the silver nursing cups were a lifesaver between feeds, and the milk collectors helped me save so much milk I wouldâve otherwise lost. It all just worked together.
As a first-time mum I was overwhelmed with what to buy. This made it simple! I put the whole bundle in my hospital bag and didnât think about it again. The peri bottle was way better than the hospital one. The cooling pack helped so much with swelling. And the milk collectors helped me start a small freezer stash without even trying.
Purchased these as a gift for my Sister as she was experiencing pain feeding her newborn. Hope that these bring comfort and promote healing on her journey.
I bought these prior to giving birth and Iâm SOO thankful that I did. These have been an absolute game changer, during my breastfeeding experience thus far⊠I wear them all the time and theyâve definitely saved my nipples from cracking/ excessive soreness. Theyâve even aided in the recovery of one of my nipples which was blistered after the first feed!
Would encourage anyone who chooses to breastfeed, to purchase these!
And wear them straight away, even if you think you donât need to, you will!!
Love the briefs! Theyâre so comfortable and supportive.
I had a C-sec and started wearing them 2 days post-op. They are very supportive and help immensely. I can wear them all day and will be sizing down as I continue to lose my baby weight. Thank you for creating such a great product! (I pair it with the Warm/Cool Insert)
Theyâre super absorbent so any bleeds or wees mean I can change them out, wash them and they dry quickly. I love them so much that Iâll be wearing them for my menstrual cycles well into the future. 10/10 would recommend!
Comfortable and love the pocket to insert cool pack for my c-section. I originally On purchased mediums am usually size 10 pre Pregnancy and these were a good size for the 2 weeks postpartum. Ended up purchasing size small as well. They give a really nice level of support for cesarean.
I purchased a few pairs while still pregnant and packed them in my hospital bag, not knowing how much Iâd end up relying on them. After experiencing a tear, episiotomy, and requiring surgery, I was so thankful to have these on hand. The separate pocket for the ice pack was a game changer! It made it easy to swap out ice packs without having to undress or get up, which was such a relief in those early days. Comfortable, practical, and truly helpful when you need it most. Highly recommend!
After an emergency c section this ftm over here needed all the help she could get. With this I feel Supported and strong. Without it it was difficult to get out of bed because parts hadnât gonna back to a normal size yet. I wear Every day. I am 5â1 and 129 lbs. Currently 8 wks pp. would definitely recommend this to anyone. pic is 8 mo pregnant and 1 month pp Wearing the wrap from 4 days pp
I don't normally write reviews but I feel like i need to tell everyone how amazing this band is.
I bought this thinking I was going to have a normal birth and it was just going to help me shed some pounds. But after 5 days in labour and an emergency c section it helped me more then I ever thought.
I wore it after 1 day to support my scar as I couldnt get out of bed without it. It was like a giant hug around me. I have wore it every day for 3 weeks now and I'm back in my jeans and 2lbs from my original birth weight. The band takes away the pain from the surgery, especially internally. I don't go out without wearing it. I truly believe if it wasn't for this band there is no way I would have healed as quickly. Thank you so much
When I found out I was pregnant with twins I felt so blessed and excited. But also I was worried about what will happen with my body after twin pregnancy especially with my belly area. Friend of mine recommended MammaBump belly wraps. I started to use it on the second day after delivery. I wore it day and night for two weeks and was amazed with the results. Not only my belly wrap supported my back so well, it also was so comfortable and soft. My belly shrank to almost normal size so fast! Even faster than with my two previous singleton pregnancies! On the first picture I am 36 weeks pregnant with the twins. My babies were born 6 days after this picture was taken with relatively large sizes for twins (7 lbs 1 oz and 6 lbs 5 oz). So you can imagine how big my tummy was! On the second picture I am 2 weeks pospartum.
Great for postpartum swelling/bloated ness. I used it a few days after delivery (4 hours a day) and saw a huge difference. Diet and drinking water is also important, but I found this helpful for my diastasis recti (at least several hours a day at a time)
Bye bye loose skin! I really think wrapping my belly helped me a lot. I did start to gently exercice 4 weeks postpartum but I could already see my fat bulge disappearing after 2 weeks using my belly band. As a result i got back into shape way quicker than I did after my first one. I used the wrap 6 weeks in total (only wearing it couple of hours a day for the last 2 weeks). Also helped me a lot while breastfeeding and brought me a great support for my back. Wrapping really makes a big difference and can help at many levels. Would recommend to any mom!
Iâm 24 days postpartum (my second) on the left picture and Iâve been wearing the Mamma bump wrap since day 3 and so happy with the results. I didnât use a wrap with my first and my stomach looks the way I did at 3 months pp with my first. I feel much more secure and in tact. Itâs comfortable to wear all day/night and I feel it has made my recovery so much easier. 10/10 would recommend!
This is amazing for postpartum recovery! I had my daughter on June 14 and began wearing my Mamma Bump on June 15 and saw an immediate change! My stomach is basically down to itâs pre-pregnancy shape minus toning which will come in time. I wear it all day and at night to sleep. Super comfortable. Highly recommend! The picture attached is me on July 8.
love the wrap!
I LOVE this belly band! I wore it with my first child 4 years ago and am wearing it again now with my second! Here I am at 38 weeks pregnant, 5 days postpartum, and one week postpartum wearing my band
Everything felt practical, not random. The briefs held the therapy pack in place perfectly. The cooling relief was amazing. And the milk collectors⊠every drop counts. Iâve already recommended this bundle to two friends who are about to give birth.
At first, I wasnât sure I would actually need everything in this bundle. I mainly bought it for the recovery bits. But I ended up using every single item, especially in those first few weeks. The silver cups and milk collectors were super helpful.
