Refund policy

Changed your mind, need a different size, or received something that's not quite right? We've made returns and exchanges simple. Here's everything you need to know.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up to 12 hours after purchase, and we'll issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please note we cannot cancel orders after this 12-hour window.

How long do I have to return an order?

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

How do I make a return?

Get in touch with our customer service team at support@mammabump.com with your order number and the reason for the return (change of mind, size exchange, a faulty item, etc). We'll get back to you within 24 hours.

What items are returnable?

Items delivered within the last 90 days can be returned. Products must be unused and in re-sellable condition with all tags intact. We're unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, tried on, or used, for health and hygiene reasons.

The item I received is damaged

If your product is faulty, reach out within 90 days of delivery for a free replacement or a full refund. For a replacement, just send us a photo showing the issue and we'll ship a new one within 24 hours. For a refund, the product will need to be returned — we'll email you a prepaid shipping label, so you don't pay for postage.

Can items be exchanged?

Yes. We offer a free exchange if an item is faulty or if you've changed your mind about the colour or size. Once your exchange request is approved, we'll ship the replacement straight away and email you a shipping label to return your original item (first return or exchange only).

Returns on the Luna Wearable Breast Pump

Because the Luna is an intimate, personal-use product that comes into contact with bodily fluids, it's covered by stricter health and hygiene rules than the rest of our range.

Change of mind: We can only accept a change-of-mind return on the Luna if it is unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging. Once the Luna has been opened or used, we're unable to accept a return or exchange, as it can no longer be re-sold for safety and hygiene reasons. If you've changed your mind but the Luna has already been opened, reach out to our team — we'll offer store credit as a goodwill gesture where a return isn't possible.

If your Luna is faulty: You're fully covered. Simply send us a photo or short video showing the issue and we'll ship you a free replacement. There's no need to send the original pump back — we'd rather make life easier for you.

How do I ship the items back?

For instructions on shipping your returned products, refer to the email you received after placing your return request.

Do you offer free returns?

Your first return is FREE. If you need to exchange more than once, you'll cover the postage on additional returns. We absorb the shipping cost to give our customers the ease and satisfaction of free shipping with no minimum spend.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Missing item or the order never arrived

If your item doesn't arrive for any reason, we'll happily issue a refund and open an internal investigation with our logistics supplier. Orders must be undelivered for 30 days before we can issue a refund, and tracking must not show the order as delivered.

Order tracking says "delivered," but it hasn't been received

Because of the risk of fraudulent claims, we're unable to refund an order with a confirmed "delivered" tracking status unless you've been the victim of parcel theft. In these cases, we strongly recommend filing a police report. Once that's done, contact our customer service team with a copy of the report (personal details can be blacked out), and we'll issue a full refund or ship a replacement.
