Refund policy
At MammaBump, we want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or transit and can no longer be cancelled.
2. Return Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for change-of-mind returns on eligible items.
3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Any complimentary gifts included with your order must also be returned

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
4. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To arrange a return or exchange, please email: support@mammabump.com with:

Your order number

The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

The reason (e.g. wrong size, faulty item, change of mind)
Our team will get back to you with the next steps.
5. Exchanges
We’re happy to help you find the right fit 💕

We offer free exchanges if you need a different size or colour, or if your item is faulty.

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll ship your replacement.
⚠️ Our free exchange policy applies to your first exchange only for that order.
Additional exchanges on the same order may incur postage costs.
6. Change-of-Mind Returns & Return Shipping
If you’ve simply changed your mind and no longer wish to keep an item:

You can return eligible products within 30 days of delivery

A refund will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and approved

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns

Postage may also apply for additional exchanges/returns from the same order
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

Contact us at support@mammabump.com within 30 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos or a short description of the issue
We will:

Arrange a free replacement, or
-
Offer a full refund if applicable.
Your satisfaction (and safety) is our priority.
8. Luna Wearable Breast Pump – Hygiene Exception
Please note that our 30-day change-of-mind return policy does not apply to the Luna Wearable Breast Pump.
Due to the nature of breast pumps as intimate, personal-use and medical-adjacent products, and in line with strict health & hygiene standards for items that come into contact with bodily fluids, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the Luna Wearable Breast Pump:

Even if the box is sealed or unopened

Once shipped, these items are treated as non-resellable for safety and hygiene reasons
To support our customers and alleviate frustration related to this restriction, we offer a $50 USD store credit as a gesture of goodwill in situations where a change-of-mind return for the Luna cannot be accepted.

9. Refund Methods & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an update

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalise the credit
10. Orders Not Received / Missing Items
The order hasn’t arrived
If your order has not arrived within 30 days and tracking does not show “Delivered”:

Please get in touch with us

We’ll investigate with our logistics partners

If confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement
Tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel:

First, check with household members, neighbours, building management, or your local post office

A brief statement and/or
-
A police report (you may redact personal details)
If you suspect theft or misdelivery, we may request:

Once we have sufficient documentation, we’ll review on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or refund.
11. Sale Items

Sale items are generally non-refundable for change of mind.

If a sale item is faulty, it remains eligible for repair, replacement, or refund in line with our faulty item policy.
12. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once your return is approved.

If the order was not marked as a gift (or shipped to the gift giver), the refund will go to the original purchaser.
