Find your most comfortable fit with the MammaBump Flange Insert Fit Pack, designed specifically for the Luna® Wearable Breast Pump.
Made from soft, flexible, high-grade silicone, each insert fits securely inside the Luna® flange to reduce the tunnel size and create a more comfortable, customised fit for smaller nipple sizes.
The pack includes four sizes:
- 15 mm
- 17 mm
- 19 mm
- 21 mm
Having multiple sizes on hand makes it easier to find the fit that feels right for you — particularly as nipple size can differ between breasts or change throughout your pumping journey.
Simply insert your selected size into the Luna® flange before pumping.

Care Instructions
To clean your parts we recommend simply using warm soapy water with a soft cloth or brush. Ensure all parts are properly dry before using your pump.
Breast pump parts are only in contact with breast milk which is sterile, so they don't require sterilising (unless specifically instructed by a medical professional).
Most dishwashers operate at over 100° which can be harmful to your parts. This may cause them to discolour, warp or deteriorate and require replacing fast.
