If you are currently pregnant or have already given birth, we recommend choosing your pre-pregnancy size. For example, if you normally wear a US size 10-12 or a UK size 14-16, you will need a Large. Please use this size guide for exact band measurements.
After two weeks of using our Belly Band, you may lose some weight, and your tummy's size will likely decrease. That's ok! Use the velcro straps to adjust the size and adjust the compression with the elastic straps on the back to get the perfect fit.
Please note: We recommend choosing the size up if you are between two sizes. As mentioned, you can adjust the compression as you go through your recovery.
