Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. No shipping cost & no sales tax - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it.
Where Do You Ship From?
MammaBump is an Australian brand that ships worldwide through a network of local partner warehouses, so your order is dispatched from the facility closest to you wherever possible — meaning faster delivery, fewer customs delays, and a smoother experience.
Orders within the United States and Canada ship from our US warehouse. Orders within the United Kingdom and Europe ship from our UK warehouse. Australian and New Zealand orders ship from our Australian warehouse. All other international orders ship from our China warehouse.
How long does delivery take?

My delivery is missing/late
Please write us on support@mammabump.com. Our friendly customer support will handle this for you and will make sure you will get your order.
Exchange & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to 12 hours from the time of purchase, and we'll fully refund your order to the original payment method. Please note we cannot cancel orders after this 12-hour window.
How long do I have to return an order?
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
How do I make a return?
Get in touch with our customer service team at support@mammabump.com with your order number and the reason for the return (change of mind, size exchange, a faulty item, etc). We'll get back to you within 24 hours.
The item I received is damaged
If your product is faulty, reach out within 90 days of delivery for a free replacement or a full refund. For a replacement, just send us a photo showing the issue and we'll ship a new one within 24 hours. For a refund, the product will need to be returned — we'll email you a prepaid shipping label, so you don't pay for postage.
Can items be exchanged?
Yes. We offer a free exchange if an item is faulty or if you've changed your mind about the colour or size. Once your exchange request is approved, we'll ship the replacement straight away and email you a shipping label to return your original item (first return or exchange only).
What are the refund options?
We support the following refund options:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship the items back?
For instructions on shipping your returned products, refer to the email you receive after placing your return request.
Do you offer free returns?
Your first return is FREE. If you need to exchange more than once, you'll cover the postage on additional returns. We absorb the shipping cost to give our customers the ease and satisfaction of free shipping with no minimum spend.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Missing item or the order never arrived
If your item doesn't arrive for any reason, we'll happily issue a refund and open an internal investigation with our logistics supplier. Orders must be undelivered for 30 days before we can issue a refund, and tracking must not show the order as delivered.
Order tracking says "delivered," but it hasn't been received
Because of the risk of fraudulent claims, we're unable to refund an order with a confirmed "delivered" status in tracking unless you've been the victim of parcel theft. In these cases, we strongly recommend filing a police report.
Once that's done, contact our customer service team with a copy of the report (personal details can be blacked out) and we'll issue a full refund or ship a replacement.

Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers any item that is faulty or develops a manufacturing defect under normal use. It does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
Special cover for our breast pumps
We stand behind our breast pumps. If your pump is faulty or stops working within the warranty period, we'll replace it free of charge.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Get in touch with our customer service team at support@mammabump.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Where possible, include a photo or video showing the fault — it helps us resolve your claim faster.
How does the warranty work after the first 90 days?
Within the first 90 days of delivery, you're covered by our standard returns policy (replacement or refund).
After the 90-day period, your 2-year warranty still applies — but to claim it, the item will need to be sent back to us so our team can assess the fault.
Once assessed, we'll send you a replacement. Please note that warranty claims after 90 days are eligible for replacement only, not a refund.
