Refund Policy

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method. After 12 hours, orders can no longer be cancelled.

How long do I have to return?

We offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery for change-of-mind returns on eligible items.

Return eligibility

  • Products must be unused, in resellable condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Please return the full package, including any complimentary gifts.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Email support@mammabump.com with your order number and reason (e.g., change of mind, size exchange, faulty item). Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps and a return label if applicable.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item is defective or damaged, contact us within 90 days of delivery. We’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund. For replacements, please send a clear photo of the issue; we’ll dispatch your replacement promptly. If you prefer a refund, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for faulty items or if you need a different size or colour. Once approved, we’ll ship your replacement right away and email you a prepaid return label for the original item (first exchange/return only).

Do you offer free returns?

Yes—your first return is free (we cover return postage). For additional exchanges/returns on the same order, postage may apply.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you an update. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Order never arrived / missing items

If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days and tracking shows “Delivered,” we’ll issue a refund and open an investigation with our logistics partner.

Tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it

For orders marked as delivered, we can’t refund without evidence of parcel theft. Please file a police report and email a copy (personal details may be redacted) to our team—we’ll then issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it’s received. If the order wasn’t marked as a gift (or was sent to the gift giver), refunds go to the original purchaser.
