Pregnancy Support Belt Size Guide
Our Pregnancy Support Belt comes in two sizes — Regular and Large. With plenty of stretch and an adjustable velcro fit, it grows and adapts with you.
Size by your bump, not your pre-pregnancy size. The most accurate way is to measure around your belly at the widest point — usually level with your belly button — with a soft tape measure. We recommend measuring at the start of your third trimester, when your bump is well established.
Prefer not to measure? Your dress size works as a guide too — just check the chart below.

Between sizes, or expecting twins? Go with Large. The velcro tightens for a snug fit, so a slightly larger belt adjusts down easily — but a belt that's too small can't be made bigger.
The belt should feel supportive and snug, not tight. It's designed to gently lift and support your bump and lower back, not to compress your belly — if it ever feels too firm, simply loosen the velcro.
Shop with confidence. If the size isn't right, we offer a 90-day return policy with free exchanges. Any questions, email us at support@mammabump.com — we're always happy to help you choose.
