Clean all pump parts with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or brush after each use.
Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling.
Sterilising is not necessary unless advised by a healthcare professional, as the parts only come into contact with breast milk.,
Avoid placing parts in the dishwasher, as high temperatures can cause damage or discolouration.

Great pump
My first an favourite pump, these parts work wonders an last quite a while :)
Absolutely love this pump! Just purchased second one to make it more efficient timing wise.
I was missing a piece from the pump I had received and once notifying them of the issue, the team were super friendly and immediately sent me a replacement piece, no questions asked. Super appreciated by a mumma struggling with early breast feeding / pumping, you guys are amazing!

I love this pump, but there needs to be an extra valve in with the package. I’ve lost my valve twice, as it’s so small and clear and is easily lost while washing. Then it’s inconvenient and stressful to be left without a pump, and have to wait for shipping. I’ve already had to pay to replace a one valve (which can’t be sold separately and you have to buy a complete package of spare parts). I can’t justify another replacement valve so I might look to another product. The value should be made in a bright colour so it can’t be lost. It’s a great product, but don’t lose any parts.

Love the product and generally rate the Luna breast pump, however shipping took too long (over a month not the 2-3 days shipping as advised on website). It’s important for mums to have access to these spare parts in a timely manner. If parts are not avaliable due to stock issues at time of purchase then there needs to be some way of notifying the buyer asap either prior to or at time of order so mums can make informed decisions about purchase. Or at least provide a spare valve with the initial kit, given that is the most vulnerable and essential part for the pump to work.
Worked perfectly and convenient!
I definitely recommend getting some replacement parts. I'm a third-time mom, and with all my breast pumps, I had to replace some silicone parts at some points to maintain the efficiency of the pump. It also comes in handy if you misplace a part, like I did with my baby brain 🤦🏻♀️
